Open Call For Exhibit Submissions
The primary aim of White Cloth Gallery – Photography and Film is to provide a unique space for established artists to exhibit and elevate projects of particular importance while at the same time providing a platform for emerging artists to showcase their work, with a view to contributing towards developing and retaining artistic talent in Leeds.
The gallery and its events space also has a pioneering vision to support the artistic community, encourage creativity and work alongside other local arts organisations to aid the city’s burgeoning development as a cultural centre and to become a go-to destination for art lovers everywhere.
Get In Touch
To be considered for exhibiting at White Cloth Gallery, we require at least 5 examples of your work, (high-res images of the prints you plan to exhibit must be sent as a single pdf document via email, along with a short statement outlining your practice and exhibition proposal). If you are planning to exhibit in a group, please submit your proposal as one document and include 2/3 images of each person’s work.
Once we have received this information, please give us time to review your work. This process usually takes 1 – 2 working weeks, however sometimes the process can take slightly longer, so please bear with us.
|The exhibition programme is curated by local arts charity, Regeneration through the Arts (RTTA), who work with White Cloth Gallery to promote the arts, encourage creativity, and reinforce the position of the city as a major cultural centre.|
