Studio 5, our meeting room is situated on the first floor of the building and features artwork from previous exhibitions, to create a lively and interesting space, ideally suited for a wide range of events, from a breakfast meeting to a presentation or training day. The room is provided with audio/visual equipment and WI-FI. Our meeting room is suitable for presenting to audiences of up to 50 people, in an environment that offers a welcome change to the usual office locations.
As in the gallery, we provide and set up all the event furniture free of charge and offer a wide range of catering options, from regular tea, coffee and biscuits breaks, to a fully catered lunch menu, which can be served either in the meeting room itself or downstairs in the gallery.
When used in conjunction with gallery, the meeting room is ideal for larger more structured events, in that taken together they offer the flexibility to move attendees between locations and provide a relaxed and interesting environment for pre and post event networking. Our dedicated events team are on hand to help you plan the day down to the smallest detail and to ensure that it runs smoothly, so you can focus on delivering your key messages and achieving your desired objectives.
